Pork Marinade

Ingredients
12 oz. beer
4 oz. olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or kosher)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic
Options
curry to replace the garlic
thyme

Combine all the ingredients into a lockable storage bag. Work ingredients around in bag till pork is coated. Store in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.

Grill pork as you normally would without a marinade. Do not use leftover marinade as a dipping sauce after pork is cooked. Either prepare a separate batch for this purpose or put remaining marinade in a sauce pan and bring it to a good boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Use extreme caution!
