---------------------- Warm Potato, Sausage & Goat Cheese SaladIngredients Dressing Garnish Cook sausage till done. (If you are removing the sausage from a casing, as I did on the show, you might wish to crumble the sausage into bite size pieces.) Cook (boil in salted water or roast) potatoes till just soft. Add salt to taste and combine with sausage. Mix dressing ingredients in the order they are listed. Pour over still warm potatoes & sausages. Garnish with fresh parsley and add more crumbled goat cheese to serve.
